Masterclass - Introduction to 360° Feedback

A unique opportunity to hear how a master uses 360 degree feedback to enhance the coaching experience.

This Masterclass has been designed specifically to cater for the needs of HR professionals, Consultants or Coaches who want to increase their confidence and mastery in the feedback and coaching on 360 degree data. This unique event includes a fun "Theatre Showcase" learning technique — a demonstration by a professional actress of how a 360 experience can work well (and not so well!).

You may be highly skilled and proficient in coaching and empowering leaders and you may be looking to start using 360 degree reports in your practice, or to improve your comfort and skills in this area. You would describe yourself as a novice with this particular tool and as someone wanting to learn and explore ways you could either introduce this to your portfolio of client offerings and/or to enhance your coaching practice. The Workshop

Format: 10 to 4.30pm, participative workshop including theatre showcase opportunity
Leader: run by Elva Ainsworth, Executive Coach and 360 expert
Dates: 10th June 2010, 23rd September 2010, and approximately every 3 months after that.

Intention of the workshop

The intention is that you will leave:

  • Understanding the context and purpose of 360° feedbacks
  • Knowing how to accurately interpret a 360° feedback report
  • Starting to explore the skills required to facilitate a 360° discussion
  • Knowing how best to structure a 360° discussion session
  • Familiar with some of the typical situations 360° feedbacks can generate
  • Equipped with some practical tools so that you can be confident to begin your 360° coaching
  • With vouchers for discounted 360s for your next 360 experience
