We proudly announce the launch of our exciting new product: TalentFocus. This is a radical new concept that makes development happen. Traditionally the only way to actively support people in their development is to provide coaching, but this is very expensive. TalentFocus delivers the benefits of coaching but without a coach. We've launched a feature unique to MyTalent, our 360 software platform. Personal Questions allow the person receiving feedback to add their own extra questions into the questionnaire their colleagues receive. As well as being useful in its own right, this makes a big difference to participant engagement - they 'own' their 360 in a completely new way, which makes them much more likely to embrace the learnings.
We've started a newsletter to keep people informed about what we're up to and give information on intersting things we've found out in our world of talent management, coaching and 360° feedback.
