The Model

Instead of aiming for the usual full and detailed review of behaviours like a typical 360 feedback, it specifically gathers views only of what works well for an individual. This enables you to build on what works and to make best use of what you are good at. It can build relations within a team environment and it can help build esteem and confidence in a coaching scenario.

Key Facts

Time required: only 15-25 minutes

Items: Reviewers choose a handful of 128 behaviours that they feel are strengths, with space for comments against each. Also open questions to gather full commentary.

Reviewer types: Up to 30 reviewers, out of project owner, sponsor, expert, participant, stakeholder and reviewer.
